Before Training

How do I book?

Booking enquiries can be made by emailing training@morelli.co.uk

What is the cancellation policy?

The following charges apply if you cancel:

  • 29+ days before a course = 20% of the course fee.
  • 15-28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
  • 0-14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

Can I attend a course as a beginner?

Yes, IMI Accreditation courses are suitable beginners and we welcome anyone looking for a career change.

For our Senior courses, you must have at least 3 years' experience in the relevant field.

During Training

Will food be provided?

Food will be provided for you throughout the duration of the course. You will also have access to drinks including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water.

Where can I stay?

Our training centre is located within close proximity to a few hotels. The Novotel is the closest but you can use a comparison site to find one that best suits your needs.

After Training

What if I need help after the course?

Our trainers are always happy to offer further assistance after you have completed your course. You will be given contact information by your trainer upon finishing the course and they will be willing to help you with any future queries.
