IMI Accreditation Senior Paint Technician

Senior Paint Technician accreditation is aimed at Senior Technicians in the accident repair sector of the industry with at least three years' experience. This will ensure you have the skills, knowledge, and techniques needed to produce a flawless finish for both the preparation of panels (existing and new) and the finishing of panels to match exist vehicle paint.

This level requires the candidate to complete the following modules:

• Apply a wet on wet primer (1 hour)
• Spot / rapid repair on a Clear Over Base Finish (2.5 hours)
• Application of a 3 Stage Pearlescent Finish (2.5 hours)
