Neil is our Technical and Training Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day running of our centre and training courses. Neil has worked for Morelli since 1996 and has an unparalleled wealth of industry knowledge.

Michael joined the team in April 2025 as Eyebox Brand Development Manager. He works closely with our customers and partners, automotive sector leaders, educators, and the top manufacturers in the industry.

Isabel is our Eyebox Supervisor and is in charge of bookings for both conference rooms and training courses. She is also responsible for the centre's catering and runs our popular Morelli Café at events and expos.
